用英语表示“有趣”时，究竟该使用fun，还是使用funny？
相信大部分英语学习者，正在或曾经为这两个英语单词的用法而困惑。
今天我们就来彻底弄清楚二者之间的异同点。
Fun是不可数名词，含义为：
“乐趣；快乐；享受”。
例如：
- We had such
fun
together. - It was
fun
to go to the beach with Rita's family. - I hope you have
fun
!
然而，在非正式的英语口语中，我们也会
将fun作为形容词
使用。
例如：
- We did a lot of
fun
activities in groups and individually to learn, have afun
time, and to get to know each other better.
Funny是一个形容词，含义为
“滑稽的；有趣的”
- Do you know any funny jokes? 你知道什么有趣的笑话吗？
- I've never found Charlie Chaplin very funny. 我从来都不觉得查理?卓别林很滑稽。
- It's a really funny film. 这真是场滑稽的电影。
然而，funny还有另外一层含义，即“
奇怪的，古怪的；难以解释的，难以理解的
”
- The washing machine is making a funny noise again. 洗衣机又发出奇怪的声响了。
- He's got some funny ideas about how to bring up children. 他在抚养孩子方面有些奇思妙想。
- That's funny - I'm sure I left my keys here. 真奇怪，我确信是把钥匙放在这儿了。

我们永远也不会使用 funny 来表示“有趣、乐趣、快乐”
例如：
