Bill and Melinda Gates Announce Divorce
Bill and Melinda Gates have announced that they are divorcing, but will keep working together at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, one of the largest charitable foundations in the world.
The Microsoft co-founder and his wife said on Twitter they had made the decision to end their marriage of 27 years.
Bill Gates has been at the top of Forbes' rich list multiple times and is thought to be worth well over $100 billion. How the couple divide their money and any impact on the foundation will be closely watched.
